A Peek Back At February

Zoey has settled into our home rather nicely, seems like she has always been a part of our busy, noisy, active family!
We love to sleep in and hate going out on cold wet days, Zoey will try to literally melt into the blankets on our bed, thinking we can't possibly see her.

So February was busy, we tried to remember to get pics in....sadly I don't have any of Izzy at all this past month! Hoping March will be better!

Zoey, doing what she loves best....hanging around on our bed! Uhhhh, she has gotten used to not going into her kennel at night....

Cuddling and watching tv with one of her favorite people : ) These two love blankies and cuddling! Yes, Zoey does watch tv....she certainly does not like when dogs come on the screen...drives her crazy!
After a long day of 'babysitting" the two most adorable lil girls, they are wiped out! Time to relax with Papa Bear! I think this is the one of two shots I have of Izzy for Feb!
Izzy in her favorite spot on the couch....one day we will trade in this much loved and worn out sofa for a new one......but for now it makes for some serious sleeping usage.
A completely worn out pug, love that lil face!

Zoey

We have a new pup in the house! We weren't looking for a new critter to love.....but here she is now! I can't imagine life without her lil face!

Zoey, 3yrs
She does not like the wet, cold weather but if the girls are out then she wants to be out with them!
She is always on the alert for that lil itty bit of tidbit that may fall to the floor! With two lil munchkins in the house....chances are a tidbit will always fall onto the floor!

PugLove

Today we adopted a new pup to love!
Her name is Zoey, she is a 3 yr old pug. She is very cute, of course she is! She is a pug!!!! Her first day with us was a quiet one. She spent a few hours getting used to the house and the new smells, people, noises etc.
Tomorrow we introduce Izzy to Zoey.......we will see how that goes. I am hoping for a smooth transition for the both of them!

A New Critter To Love!

Meet Cassie! Our daughter and her soon to be hubby adopted this lil bundle of sweetness!
She was 9 weeks old here, loves to play!
Quiet time with her momma!
Hmmmm, wonder what caught her eye.
She has such a pretty face!

Time for a nap!
Kids went up to Wisconsin so we kitty sat. Here she is with Gramps : )
We bought her a lil pink mouse toy....she loves to pounce and roll around with it.
Busy hunting!

So It's Been A Bit Busy

Honest, it has been busy! It sure doesn't seem like it though at times, lots of puttering around and not much of anything looks touched.....Hemi, is doing great! Although she is not a fan of the male species.....she is still a bit skittish over new things and noises but adjusting well.
So one morning it was a bit on the cool side outside, ok.....it was cold!!!! This is her when I am calling her name to go outside. She barely opened her eyes and quickly shut them. She was NOT interested at all.
I did not give up, oh no I did not! She just gave me that look that says "leave me alone please" I can't say I didn't blame her for feeling that way, I would hate to be kicked outdoors on a cold wet morning after being all snuggly warm in my favorite bed.
I surprised Hemi! She looks quite upset here.....one day she will get used to the lil black box that is always attached to my face!
Bailey, always trying to get to my cup of tea, coffee, glass of anything actually! She loves fruit juices but hates to eat them, go figure. I have not seen a fussier eater in a bird!
Well thats it for this post......next one....a new member in the family : )

Missing Dad

Izzy spent the afternoon waiting and watching for Dad to come home. She sure does miss her favorite person!
So patient.......she knew her Dad would be home soon, until then she had fun watching the kids, cars, and bikes go by.

Sad

Today Maggie left us to move in to a new home with a new mom.....my heart aches for I miss her but I am happy that we were able to find a good home and she will get a ton of walks and love and playtime in the country....she needs that extra space!
Izzy is helping me feel a lil bit better.....
